A Non-refundable deposit of $150 is due when this agreement is signed to secure the date and time. The remaining balance is to be paid a week before the day of the event. Additional hours before or after the agreed time will be additional $150 per hour.
Payment can be made via Zelle, Cash App, Paypal or with credit/debit card via my website (www.alaophotograpy.com)
PHOTOGRAPHER agrees to not advertise availability of this time slot to any other potential clients upon deposit being made. If CLIENT cancels this shoot/event for any reason, the initial payment/deposit will not be returned to the client and a $25 fee will be charged in order to re-schedule the shoot/event.
The balance of the payment for photography services must be paid in full no later than 24 hours before the SHOOT/EVENT
PHOTOGRAPHER will deliver final edited photos to CLIENT no more than thirty days (30 days) after the date of the SHOOT/EVENT. CLIENT understands and agrees that proofs are the exclusive property of PHOTOGRAPHER and CLIENT has no right to these photos except for a license to review them, but not store the proofs.
Client will obtain all permissions necessary for PHOTOGRAPHER to photograph at the Event. PHOTOGRAPHER has no duty to obtain permission of reception centers, churches, buildings, properties, or other locations to operate thereon. CLIENT understands and agrees that any failure to obtain these permissions resulting in fines to photographer, or which prevent photographer from photographing the event(s) is not the fault, liability, or responsibility of photographer.
CLIENT understands and agrees that PHOTOGRAPHER is not required to maintain copies of the photos from this shoot more than sixty (60) days after the photos have been delivered to client.
If the photographer is unable to make it to the event in under any circumstances, all payment including the deposit will be re-funded.
